A lovely hotel with nice staff and comfortable cozy rooms. They gave me a complimentary free breakfast even though it doesn't come with the booking. In general I don't like to bother hotel staff too much but I felt as though if I asked them for any help they absolutely would have helped me. The room looked exactly as advertised which was nice. There was hot water in the shower, complementary mineral water and fruit, and the room service was swift and affordable.

Location was amazing. Very close to city and train metro. Checkin was fast and nice. The property was exactly as mentioned in the add and pictures. Wifi was easy, free and fast. Staff was very nice also and helped when needed. I would stay here again no problem.

The staff was really nice and allowed me for early check in and late check out. The breakfast is the best I had in Bangladesh, lot of variety. The single room was good sized and clean, and most importantly very quiet! There is also a nice rooftop to relax.
